Greg started his fitness career with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Wellness from BGSU. He brings over 30 years of coaching experience in boys and girls basketball, volleyball, and softball. With 8 years coaching at the collegiate level in men’s and women’s basketball and strength and conditioning coach. Greg has been an instructor and personal trainer at XT since 2015 and has found his niche training local middle school and high school athletes.
Sue became a fitness instructor while in college more than 35 years ago. She has earned certifications in group exercise instruction, cycling, kick boxing and yoga. She loves sharing her fitness knowledge and helping others create a fit and healthy lifestyle; both in a class setting and individually. With an ever-changing fitness industry, Sue enjoys bringing new philosophies and techniques to members to help them reach their goals.
Head Barista @ Brewmance, an XT company. Also, teaches classes and does some personal training. Known for his utility and is an original member of the XT guild. Thespian at heart.
